Been catching up on all the Watch Me Work vids. I love how much you've gotten better at optimizing stuff from what your HTRISH book shows. The colour card idea is brilliant and the separate group with cloned MC pegs is far more flexible than the tiki mask imho

For the coloring of things like the hair at the beginning, there's a tool named "paint unpainted " which could help. It has a bucket and a U on top, Basically, it doesn't change the color of what's already painted and the rest is the same as the normal paint tool

I was wondering ehy you hadn't used a Static Transformation node for the nudgging but in the end you did hahaha

hey! such a great video, I love to watch you work. I have a question about the collar and the tie part at the beginning. . When I clone the collar peg and plug it under the point kinematic output, I still can't move the collar and the tie together by selecting the collar peg, I'm not sure if I am missing something.

Am i going crazy or have some old animation videos been removed?
